I fear that reading this blog may induce severe boredom. Not just this entry, but many past entries as well. So if you've come here to reduce your boredom, I'd suggest leaving asap, because this blog may as well be the hammer blow upon your already aching head.

An extreme wave of heat has been devastating this land as of late. Matt's forecast for tomorrow? 103 in Portland. I worked for a couple hours, there are many dogs that are being boarded currently, a pair of jack russell terriers of the short-legged variety, a black lab, and then in the same kennel a large yellow lab and a red chihuahua roughly the size of a polecat. Tomorrow I actually have to get up early again. It'll be a shock. Bosun and I strolled up to the canal this afternoon. A couple guys and a girl were up there, floating and dirt biking. And my old enemy and her boyfriend were up there as well, walking.  Hmm. This canal recreation must be the hot new trend.

Skunk relocation and drive this evening. Saw a buck alongside a rural road, looked to be a three pointer.

"Afternoon Delight" by Will Ferrell and the ch. 4 news team on oven fresh definitely makes me want to see Anchorman. That guy gliding a kitten through the air...aww. I need to buy some new compact disks as well.
